SPONSORING - BUILDING YOUR SALES ORGANIZATION
As you sponsor new Distributors, you begin to earn on their retail production
each month. By duplicating your efforts through others, your business has
unlimited growth potential and financial rewards for you as you advance in
title/ranking and for the people in your organization.
Qualification to become a Sales Associate

Accumulated over $600 PGV (Personal Group Volume)
over any length of time.
Maintain Your Manager "paid as"* Status

Request and pay Annual Registration Fee currently $19.95 per year. (Due annually
in the month of your anniversary date.)

You must have minimum monthly PV (Personal Volume) of $35 to receive any
bonus checks from Fuller. A check for applicable rebates and Fuller Direct
retail profit will be received.

Must personally sponsor two (2) new Distributors
annually who have positive retail to continue to receive personal group
bonuses and Director commissions and bonuses.
OR

A Distributor may continue to receive the benefits of
strictly personal retailing... discounts, rebates, Fuller Direct retail
profit, and Managers's Quarterly Bonus... without completing the (2 in 12)
sponsoring requirement and must request and pay Annual Registration Fee (see
above.)
*Paid as - status is the title level at which you actually qualify
according to your organization's volume and structure in the month, and,
it is at that level that you will be paid. It is important that once you
work to achieve an advanced title, you maintain that title's qualification
and receive "paid as" earning and perks at the level you have worked
so hard to attain.
Qualification to become a Director - Three (3) month
process

Contact the Distributor Services Center and advise Company of your intention
to advance to Director.

Meet these requirements in your first month of qualification - Q1
-
Have a minimum of $35 PV (Personal Volume) in the month
-
Produce PGV (Personal Group Volume) of $3,000 retail volume or more. (Not
more than $1,500 PGV (Personal Group Volume) retail volume may come from
any one leg in your organization.)

Produce GV (Group Volume) of $3,000 retail volume or more.

Have a minimum ACTIVE Distributors within your personal group as follows:
-
Five (5) personally sponsored active Distributors.
-
Fifteen (15) Active Distributors
During your first month of qualification you are a Q-1 Director, however,
you will be paid as a Manager.
NOTE: An "Active Distributor" is one who purchases a minimum of $35
in retail products each month PV (Personal Volume) or who is a participant
in the Auto Order Program.

Meet the Q1 requirements (See above) again in your second month of qualification
- Q2. During your second month of qualification, you are a Q2 Director
and you will be paid as a Director .

Meet the Q1 requirements (See above) again in your third month of qualification
- Q3. During your
third month of qualification, you are a Q3 Director and your will be paid as a
Director.
Congratulations! You have met all qualification requirements in Q1,
Q2 and Q3. You now begin the next month... your fourth month after notifying
the Company of your intention to advance... Director titled and Director
privileged.
Any Fuller Gold title you earn will remain your title until you advance to
a higher title. But, to maintain your qualification to receive the increased
earning and leadership rewards associated with your title, you must meet
certain criteria monthly. Your "paid as" status is the title level
at which you actually qualify according to your organization's volume
and structure in the month, and, it is at that level that you will
be paid. It is important that once you work to achieve an advanced title,
you maintain that title's qualification and receive "paid as" earning
and perks at the level you have worked so hard to attain.
Maintaining Your Director "Paid As" Status

Have a minimum of $35 in personal retail product purchases PV (Personal Volume)
each month. If your PV (Personal Volume) is less than $35, you will not be
active and you will not receive checks from Fuller.

Maintain PGV (Personal Group Volume) of $2,000** retail volume each month.
-
**If you reach at least $1,000 PGV (Personal Group Volume) in the month,
but less than $2,000 PGV (Personal Group Volume), you will receive 50% of
your Director Commissions. (This partial payment of commission is exclusive
to Distributors who are qualified in all other ways as "Director")

**If your PGV (Personal Group Volume) in the month
is less than $1,000, you will not receive you Director Commissions***, BUT
you will receive your PV (Personal Volume) and PGV (Personal Group Volume)
rebates based on the Manager's PGV (Personal Group Volume) scale, provided
that you meet all Manager requirements. Your "paid as" status would be that
of Manager. (Your minimum discount is locked-in at 41%)

Maintain a minimum of $2,000/$1,000** GV each month
-
Have a minimum of 5 personally sponsored ACTIVE Distributors each month.

Have a minimum of 15 ACTIVE Distributors each month.
- Personally sponsor a minimum of two (2) new
Distributors annually
***Director Commissions - is the amount paid each sales month to qualified
Director, or above, for percentages earned on the PGV (Personal Group Volume)
of other qualified Directors, or above, in his/her downline organization.
(See Generation.) Director commission check are mailed by the 20th of the
following month.
TO HAVE DIRECTORS, YOU MUST BE ONE
Your leadership as a sponsor is vital to the good health of your organization.
You as the role model.
In the event that a Distributor in your downline has achieved Director status
prior to your becoming Director, you have a 12-month period to also achieve
Director status. If you do not meet Director requirements within that time
period, your downline Director will pas up to the front line of the Director
immediately above you, and you will lose that Director and his/her entire
group from you organization. Your 12-month clock for qualification as Director
begins when your newly qualified Director successfully completes Q3 and becomes
a full Director (the beginning of the fourth month after he/she notified
Fuller of the intention to become a Director.)
Qualification to become a Supervising Director

Meet all Director qualifications.

Have $100 PV (Personal Volume) for 3 consecutive months.

Produce PGV (Personal Group Volume) of $4,000 retail volume or more per month
for three (3) consecutive months.

Produce GV (Group Volume) of $9,000 retail volume or more for 3 consecutive
months. GV - includes the PGV (Personal Group Volume) of all your Distributors
including downline Directors and their groups.

Have one (1) qualified Director in your organization
each month for 3 consecutive months.
Maintaining Your Supervising Director "Paid As" Status

Meet all Director requirements to maintain status.

Have $100 PV (Personal Volume) minimum each month.

Maintain PGV (Personal Group Volume) of $4,000 retail volume or more each
month.

Maintain a GV (Group Volume) of $8,000 retail volume or more each month.

Continue to have a minimum of one (1) qualified
Director in your organization each month.
Qualification to become a Executive Director

Meet all Director qualifications.

Have $100 PV (Personal Volume) for 3 consecutive months.

Produce PGV (Personal Group Volume) of $8,000 retail volume or more per month
for three (3) consecutive months.

Produce GV (Group Volume) of $21,000 retail volume or more for 3 consecutive
months.

Have three (3) qualified Director (from two (2) or
more qualified Director legs) in your organization each month for 3
consecutive months.
Maintaining Your Executive Director "Paid As" Status

Meet all Director requirements to maintain status.

Have $100 PV (Personal Volume) minimum each month.

Maintain PGV (Personal Group Volume) of $8,000 retail volume or more each
month.

Maintain a GV (Group Volume) of $20,000 retail volume or more each month.

Continue to have a minimum of three (3)
qualified Directors from two (2) or more legs in your organization each month.
Qualification to become a Division Director

Have $100 PV (Personal Volume) for 3 consecutive months.

for three (3) consecutive months.

Produce GV (Group Volume) of $42,000 retail volume or more for 3 consecutive
months.

Have seven (7) qualified Director in your
organization (from three (3) or more qualified Director legs) each month for 3
consecutive months.
Maintaining Your Division Director "Paid As" Status

Meet all Director requirements to maintain status.

Have $100 PV (Personal Volume) minimum each month.

Maintain PGV (Personal Group Volume) of $8,000 retail volume or more each
month.

Maintain a GV (Group Volume) of $40,000 retail volume or more each month.

Continue to have a minimum of seven (7)
qualified Directors from three (3) or more legs in your organization each
month.
Qualification to become a National Director

Meet all Director qualifications.

for three (3) consecutive months.

Produce GV (Group Volume) of $63,000 retail volume or more for 3 consecutive
months.

Have eleven (11) qualified Director in your
organization (from three (3) or more qualified Director legs) each month for 3
consecutive months.
Maintaining Your National Director "Paid As" Status

Meet all Director requirements to maintain status.

Qualification to become a National Senior Director

Maintaining Your National Senior Director "Paid As" Status

Meet all Director requirements to maintain status.

Qualification to become a National Vice President

Meet all Director qualifications.

Have $100 PV (Personal Volume) for 3 consecutive months.

Produce PGV (Personal Group Volume) of $8,000 retail volume or more per month
for three (3) consecutive months.

Produce GV (Group Volume) of $250,000 retail volume or more for 3 consecutive
months.

Have forty-two (42) qualified Director in your
organization (from seven (7) or more qualified Director legs) each month for 3
consecutive months.
Maintaining Your National Vice President "Paid As" Status

Meet all Director requirements to maintain status.

Have $100 PV (Personal Volume) minimum each month.

Maintain PGV (Personal Group Volume) of $8,000 retail volume or more each
month.

Maintain a GV (Group Volume) of $240,000 retail volume or more each month.

Continue to have a minimum of
forty-two (42) qualified Directors from seven (7) or more legs in
your organization each month.
