Fuller Gold provides two ways for you to earn...

  1. RETAILING high quality Fuller and Stanley products, and
  2. Building your business through SPONSORING other Distributors.

RETAILING - EARN 20 - 55% PROFIT

As a Distributor, you earn revenues solely on the basis of sales production... either your own PV* (personal volume), or your personal sales in combination with the sales production of your downline Distributors (PGV) personal group volume**. Nothing happens until somebody sells a product.

You  as a Distributor purchase retail products directly from the company at suggested retail or current special price (monthly sales promotions) LESS discounts you have achieved. See Below. You earn the difference between your discounted purchase price from Fuller and your selling price when you retail to your customer.

*PV (personal volume) is the total retail of the Distributor's personal purchases of product at the Company's suggested retail or current special retail price. Plus purchases of retail product by a Distributor's Fuller Direct customers. PV does NOT include purchases of business aids and/or items designated as "net" or "no PV."

**PGV (personal group volume) is the total products purchases achieved in a month by a Distributor and his/her downline organization, excluding Directors and their groups.

Rebates - is the amount paid monthly to a Distributor for additional discounts earned on earlier-month retail product purchases due to subsequent orders in the month which raised the level of discount achieved by the Distributor. Rebate checks are mailed by the 20th of the following month.

Sales Associate

All Distributors Start Here! Sales Associate accumulate retail product purchase volume from their own purchases and from those of their downline Distributors (Personal Group Volume - PGV) over any length of time until that total volume reaches $600 retail and they become Managers. Fuller Brush offers a sliding discount structure based on the size of your retail orders and your PGV (personal group volume) as follows:

NOTE: Sales Associate are the only Distributors who have ACCUMULATIVE VOLUME***. All other Fuller Gold Distributors have total PGV (personal group volume), (the basis for their discounts) based on volume in each individual monthly sales period. The maximum % discount on the first $600 in retail product volume is 24%

Congratulations! With over $600 in retail sales volume, you are now a Manager.

***Accumulative Volume - is the total of a Sales Associate's personal retail products purchases, AND the retail product purchases of all his/her downline Distributors, beginning the first day as a Fuller Distributor (Sales Associate) and continuing until the total retail products volume achieved is $600. Accumulative volume builds over any length of time (to $600 in retail volume.) The Sales Associate's volume does not reset to "0" at the beginning of each monthly sales period.


Manager:

A distributor who has accumulated over $600 PGV  (Personal Group Volume) and who has received the first promotion to Manager. Fuller Brush offers a sliding discount structure based on the size of your retail orders and your PGV (Personal Group Volume) as follows:

FOR MANAGERS ONLY - QUARTERLY BONUS

Fuller is a products-centered company which rewards consistency and excellence in personal retail performance. Managers only are eligible to earn a Quarterly Bonus based on their personal retail volume (PV) and the consistency of their production throughout each calendar quarter. (1% - 4%)

****Lock-in - is a Discount Guarantee percentage achieved by a Sales Associates who becomes a Manager and/or Director and has met all Manager and/or Director qualifications. (26% or 41%)


Director:

A Distributor who has met Director qualifications and has promoted to one of several titles in the Director group. Fuller Brush offers a sliding discount structure based on the size of your retail orders and your PGV (Personal Group Volume) as follows:

SPONSOR AND EARN 6 WAYS

  1. You earn a higher discount on your personal retail products purchases when, by adding the purchases of your downline Distributors to your PGV (Personal Group Volume), you reach a higher discount percentage.
  2. You earn the difference between the highest discount earned by each leg***** of your downline (not including downline Directors and their groups) and the discount level you have achieved through your PGV (Personal Group Volume) for the month. (Your PGV (Personal Group Volume) includes the volume of all legs in your personal group ((excluding Directors and their groups)), so your discount percentage should be considerably higher than any one of your individual legs.)
  3. You earn Director Commissions, down 5 generations, on your downline Directors and their groups' monthly retail product production (your Directors' PGV (Personal Group Volume)) when you qualify as a Director or above. (3% - 5%)
  4. You earn Director Bonuses on your downline generation of Directors as you qualify and receive promotions in the Directors ranks. (1/4% - 1%)
  5. You earn Leadership Bonuses when you become a National Director or above and create new Directors in your downline.
  6. You earn Retirement Pay when you become a National Director or above and elect retirement.

*****Leg - A part of your total downline which starts with a Distributor personally sponsored by you (level one) and which continues below that Distributor. Each personally sponsored by you starts a new and separate leg.

All Sales Associates, Managers and Directors must have minimum monthly PV (Personal Volume) of $35 to receive any bonus check from Fuller. A check for applicable rebates and Fuller Direct retail profit will be received.

All Supervising Director and above must have minimum monthly PV (Personal Volume) of $100 to receive any bonus check from Fuller. A check for applicable rebates and Fuller Direct retail profit will be received.

Manager and above must personally sponsor two (2) new distributors annually who have positive retail to continue to receive personal group bonuses and Director commissions and bonuses.

*******Generation is a Director who, with his/her personal group, produces a minimum of $1,000 of retail volume in any given  month and who meets Director qualifications and maintenance requirements.

*******VACATION BENEFITS - Fuller Gold has a "vacation" plan that works when you play. While enjoying your earned vacation time, all Director PV, PGV & GV (Group Volume)********** minimum requirements are waived. Earn two weeks the first year you are a Director. and a full month each year thereafter.

********GENEROUS LEADERSHIP BONUS PLAN - Each calendar year, a specified percentage of the total retail of products purchased by all qualified National Directors, National Senior Directors and National Vice Presidents is set aside by the Company and paid to the Nationals who produce new Directors.

*********RETIRE WITH PAY - Retire and receive up to 100% of your bonus checks for the rest of your life. Fuller Gold offers a complete vesting plan for National Directors who can retire with 100% of their downline pay in as little as 50 months.
